Hearing Coverage of Workers’ Compensation Cases

The primary area of law practiced by Attorney Joel B. Kundin is Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation. Attorney Kundin was certified by the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 2013 as a Workers’ Compensation Law Specialist. He has been practicing Workers’ Compensation since 1992.

Attorney Kundin has represented injured workers in live hearings with all the Judges in Western, Pennsylvania as far east as Clearfield, State College, and Chambersburg. He has appeared virtually with most Judges in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Attorney Kundin currently covers hearings (live and virtual) for many Law Firms. The earlier you contact him about your hearing, the more likely he will be available.

Attorney Kundin will provide coverage in hearings for your Law Firm for an hourly rate of $80.00 per hour. exhibits and/or exhibit listing from WCAIS and transcripts of prior hearings.

Upon completion of the hearing, a report of the hearing with a “To Do” list will be emailed within 48 hours to the Law Firm.
