All Workers Compensation cases are handled on a contingency fee. There is no charge unless Attorney Kundin obtains benefits or a settlement for you. In addition, Attorney Kundin pays all costs of litigation. Therefore, there are no direct out of pocket expenses for a client. Payment is made directly by the workers’ compensation insurance company or employer when the case is won or settled. There is never a charge for phone calls.
